Was sold the dream by Big Change for a CRM system that could do anything. In reality a basic CRM works well but anything abit more complex and they lose interest quickly and ignore you. Even down to being told fraud was fine with customers signatures as they wouldn't know. For 6 months no one has bothered to call or email me back but the accounts team and their legal team threatening us chasing us for money on a system we can't use and don't use. Really would think twice before using the system unless you need something really basic like tying your shoelaces.

Over sold to us was not suitable and now we are left with a monthly bill , very poor strongly recommend looking into this as it does not fit the sectors they promise , over sold ,no breakout or release if not suitable and lack of communication when it goes wrong or isn’t suitable

When I first used Big Change they couldn't do enough for you but now after more than 8 years you are treated with disdain and contempt. I would not recommend them for customer support, and the lack of email communication.

BigChange has simply revolutionised our business since we started using the Jobwatch software back in 2016. A team that genuinely wants to do their best for the customer and a senior management team that genuinely want to see their customers thrive. Never mind 5 stars, we are leaving 10. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Well done to all the team at BigChange.
