Could not be happier with service. Hoover stops working Xmas eve (over 2 years old). Quick check online then a call to customer services straight through and onto a video call to see the head is the issue. Replacement put on order and it arrives 27th (1 working day later).

Credit where credit is due, faulty Shark vac making horrible noise, rang up hold time was 5mins so not bad by some standards. Quick one way video call identified the issue new part ordered job done no fuss. Thanks!

Customer service is non existent, and they will not publish reviews online if you show them in a negative light.
I'm going to go to the offices tomorrow to get my refund, as they can ignore e-mails but they can't ignore me if I turn up at their door.

Customer service is really bad. Ignores emails, took over 10 days to register a return before refunding me. I will never purchase a Shark product again

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY .... I have never dealt with such a shambles of a company in my entire life! Items arrived damaged (7 piece zero stick pan set) Pictures were sent to the customer services email and they said they would replace it. Thinking I would only have to send the damaged ones back as they had their own SKU embossed on the bottom and they came in their own boxes I binned the HUGE box they came in and kept the ones I needed to send back. Nope, I had to send it all back. Finally managed to find a box big enough and sent it straight back.
I could see by the tracking when they were received and waited for them to dispatch the new ones (even though I had received a message on the day of complaint saying my order was ready for despatch) These items took just under a week to be 'despatched'
I emailed for an update as I hadn't received any correspondence to this effect and they said the items should be with me in 2 days. 2 days later I then received a DPD email saying they were awaiting the items so they could despatch them... FINALLY the items arrived and when I opened the first pan I discovered they were the wrong pan set!
Having spoken to several different faceless people at Ninja, via email, it seemed like groundhog day and it was just getting worse and worse! No-one has taken ownership of this issue, countless times I have asked to be contacted by phone, by someone from Ninja, so we can get it sorted more efficiently and countless times I have been ignored!
I finally came to a resolution with the customer service team and was asked to send the incorrect pan back instead of the whole set. BUT I would make sure I inspected them to make sure the rest were correct.
GUESS WHAT...
The pans were damaged again! These pans seem to be factory seconds and given that they are under a guarantee I would assume NINJA would prefer that they started their life blemish free and of a decent physical standard so they live out their guarantee problem free...
I have managed so far to be promised a call back from someone relatively high up in Ninja to no avail and the promised call backs never happened! I can imagine the only person I will ever speak to is the team leader of the Zendesk team outsourced to deal with these issues for this huge faceless company. And yet again, I will be offered a resolution which will send me back to the very beginning of this process dealing with multiple names of multiple people who just happen across the email I have sent on their daily shift pattern.
Whilst I drive round with this HUGE box of useless pans in my car WAITING for someone to take ownership of this situation and deal with this issue on an individual basis

Safe to say I wish I never gave my hard earned cash to this joke of a company. I suggest you don't bother

We bought a Shark upright corded vacuum cleaner in 2021. I have recommended it to friends and family as it is easy to use and very effective. Then the tilt action broke. We contacted Shark Customer Services and they sent a replacement head and within 5 days everything is brilliant again. Good product, fantastic customer service. Their 5 year guarantee is amazing.

Terrible Customer Care
Own / owned several products from the brand - all good but Customer Care is appalling
29th May 23 ordered a WV270UK, tempted by two offers on the Shark website - a % discount and supply of a spare filter and car care kit
Vacuum arrived - great product but no sign of the filter or car care kit
Email sent - no response
Second email sent - filter out of stock but will be supplied when available (I bet it will), no car care kit for that model but will supply one for another model - I asked if it will fit - reply was "no" - whats the point
Backwards and forwards - if no car care kit for this model then why did website not exclude this from the offer.
Been told that this model does not need a car care kit - the reason I bought this model was because of the offer of one - not difficult to understand
Asked if I could then have a discount of a second battery if the advertised car care kit could not be supplied - answer was "no".
You want me to supply "evidence" of the offer - IT WAS ON YOUR WEBSITE - who on earth takes screenshots of offers on websites
So you lure people in with offers that you cannot fulfil and decline to offer any kind of compensation - was not asking for a free battery just a discount off one to make up for your non-existent offer
Shark - good products but but do not expect to receive any decent level of customer service

I placed an order for an air fryer from Ninja, payment taken immediately, notified that delivery will take 2 to 3 business days, it is now day 8 and no delivery. Have called three times, pathetic service! Said they will "escalate", and get back to me after a further 9 days. What is shocking is that they are very efficient at taking your money, but incredibly slow or take no action to deliver or resolve a delivery issue. This is approaching theft! Pathetic service will never use Ninja again

I bought a ninja dual zone Air fryer and was a bit worried when I saw some of the reviews but I can honestly say I've had a great experience. The air fryer has made my life so much less stressful with how quick and simple it cooks evening meals as I work full time and have two infants. Maybe theyve changed couriers since the bad reviews but my courier was dpd and he was fantastic. Very friendly, careful and fast as we got the product the next day after ordering I was so impressed as it was a Sunday. Anyone with a busy life needs one of these they are well worth the money.

Having bought many things from SharkNinja, I was very disappointed for my last item a kettle to be faulty, I know these things happen but trying to arrange a replacement was a joke. After doing a video call with customer service team showing the leak at the bottom of the kettle onto the power base, we were told we would have to pay for the return and then they would look at it and send a replacement in 7 days, the team member must have been new as he couldn't answer simple questions when we asked to speak to someone else he said they would get back to us in 24 to 48 hour's (which they haven't) then we opted for a refund as we needed a kettle. I've had to ring 3 more times to sort the return, find out when they would be coming for the kettle and to find out when a refund would be sent. They are now saying that they don't have the kettle and no refund can be arranged until they have it, even though the DPD app says when it was received by Shark and who received it.
I only wanted a replacement as the policy says on the return email, a replacement will be sent when the courier is in receipt of the item, not what we were told by customer service.
This experience has completely turned me away from buying anymore products if this is the after care service you provide.
