Aggressive and persistent attempts of contacting me by phone and email despite making it clear to them that I do not want to take up their services. I am now short of taking this further as it almost borders on harassment.

Went to AP to arrange my pension transfer. Started off really well but as soon as there were issues between the 2 pension companies involved AP were very distant. No updating on progress without my intervention, fail to reply to emails, call backs very sporadic. Didn't press for solutions to issues, had to do this myself. Even writing to the CEO never got a reply from his representative. Very very poor communicators throughout the whole process. Quotes of 'I'm just the middle man' when trying to press for resolutions and updates. Very poor service in my opinion.

On behalf of my mum, she rang to ask for a small amount of equity from her paid for bungalow and was made to feel like she was begging for her own money. Absolutely disgusting, she gave up really upset at the end of the call.

A very good service. Although doing something like this is quite daunting I always felt I was in safe hands and that I was being all the information I needed to make informed decisions. They were very thorough, efficient and courteous. They were also very fexible when we changed the amount we required. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only very slight critisism I would have is that a couple of the voice mails were not particularly audible. This is not enough to change my overall score from a 5.
