Susana Romao was very speedy getting us a management pack sent over for a buyer's solicitor. Conveyancing transactions are stressful and can be lengthy when leasehold and the process was made much easier by Susana's speed. Thank you

One of the worst companies I have had to deal with, stalled the sale of my flat for months. Terrible communication, namely Bethan and Michael, I was at one point drawn to tears due to their lack of care about the issue they were creating.

The worst property management company you can possibly find. BEWARE. They will ignore calls / emails and outright look at the problem they’ve caused and evade accountability.

Awful company. Mismanaged and negligent. Failure to carry out even the most basic tasks, no routine maintenance. Allowed gutters to overfill by not removing leaves and debris, this caused irreparable damage to my possessions and my apartment. No assistance, out of hours team appalling. Service charge paid and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING back aside from having to replace positions at considerable expense due to the complete incompetence from Scanlan's. A bunch of thieving inept crooks that couldn’t even manage a wendy house. Avoid them at all costs. Edward Scurr

Poor customer service. Line constantly engaged and if you are lucky enough to get through then still I able to speak to the person you need. Emails do not receive a response and then when queried wrong email address provided for manager.

I have dealt with Scanlans for a while and always find them professional and efficient. I would highly recommend.

We have been a leaseholder in a development managed by Scanlans for a number of years and have found Scanlans to be nothing but highly professional in the way they’ve managed our block which is always clean, tidy and well maintained. Over recent years the block has been decorated both internally and externally which was dealt with and managed efficiently and without any undue hassles by Scanlans I have never had any reason to worry and am more than satisfied as a property investor that with Scanlans Managing my investment is in good hands. I am more than happy to recommend there services to any perspective client.

David West carried out a valuation of an Equestrian property for me with an inspection the day after instruction & a promise to deliver the report within 5 working days but actually delivered the report within 2 working days... impressive and extremely helpful as this was a time sensitive scenario that needed a valuation as quickly as possible. The report was detailed, contained everything we needed to understand about the subject property and highlighted specific areas to be considered by us/solicitors. Communication was excellent with constant updates and fast responses to emails. If asked I couldn't identify any way that they could improve. Will definitely be using Scanlans for future valuations.

I am the representative of 4 leaseholders at a prominent development managed by Scanlans in Bradford. When Scanlans took on management of this development we were having major issue with the roof and numerous other defects. Unlike our previous management agents, Scanlans quickly highlighted both the source of the issue (it is useful that they have an in-house surveying department) and how to remedy the issues and that subsequently worked tirelessly to try resolve these issues. My clients are more than happy with Scanlans performance since taking on the management of this block, and a representative or my clients would not have any hesitation in recommending them to manage any block.
